Ales is an experienced SAP Data Lead with extensive industry experience spanning since 2004. He has a proven track record of managing both local and global data delivery teams during large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts across a multitude of sectors, including automotive, insurance, logistics, and manufacturing. Ales possesses deep technical expertise across a comprehensive range of SAP modules (such as SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, QM, PS). He is highly adept at defining migration strategies, establishing data governance frameworks, and executing complex cutover plans.
In his most recent engagements, Ales has been driving global SAP S/4HANA implementations (including Public Cloud) as a Data Migration Lead. In these roles, he is fully responsible for data cleansing, conversion, upload, and reconciliation processes while strictly ensuring template compliance across multiple countries. Alongside expert knowledge of data extraction and loading utilities like the Migration Cockpit and LSMW, his technical toolkit includes programming in ABAP and SQL, enabling him to seamlessly bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution.
